It’s a wonderful sweet Vostilidi wine made from grapes grown on decades-old indigenous vines (first planted in 1986) and dried in the sun for ten days. The sun-drying process concentrates the grape sugars, while the vineyard’s 300 m altitude ensures the acidity necessary for a balanced taste. The wine has a deep amber color, sensual aromas of semi-cooked apricot, caramelized pineapple, and sugared papaya, and a smoothly intense taste.
