It has matured in French oak barrels for twelve months. It’s rich in vanilla, cherry, plum, and wild berry aromas. It has a full body with soft tannins, and a long velvety aftertaste.

It features a range of ruby-like colors and red fruit and flower aromas framed by sweet spices and a distinct, alluring herbal note. It’s fine in the mouth with soft, silky tannins. Its fresh acidity highlights the fruit and provides a mineral finish to the pleasantly long aftertaste of spices, herbs, dark chocolate, and coffee.
Avgoustiatis
It’s an excellent manifestation of its namesake Zakynthian variety, made of grapes from a semi-mountainous indigenous vineyard planted in 1996.
